- Sample Processing (Handover): Handling and analyzing any samples left from the previous shift.
- Phlebotomy & Sample Collection: Collecting blood and other biological samples from patients.
- Test Request Verification: Reviewing and confirming tests requested in Open Clinic for each patient.
- Lab Code Registration: Assigning unique lab codes to each sample for accurate tracking.
- Sample Testing: Conducting laboratory analyses based on the requested tests.
- Result Reporting: Reviewing and submitting test results to Open Clinic.
- Reception Notification: Calling the front desk to inform clients that results are ready.
