HIV Psychosocial & Health Education Services

Support for mental, emotional, and social well-being, and community education for HIV prevention and care.

  • Coordinate psychosocial assessments to provide high-quality counseling, prevention, treatment, and support for individuals living with HIV & AIDS.
  • Conduct HIV disclosure sessions for children and youth infected with HIV & AIDS.
  • Follow up on clinic patients through consultations, treatment plans, and health education sessions.
  • Ensure HIV counseling, testing, and continuous follow-up of patients at Saint Bernard Medical Center.
  • Coordinate community linkage activities with Saint Bernard Medical Center to ensure continuum of care.
  • Create enabling environments to enhance adolescent health and well-being.
  • Strengthen field capacity in adolescent health and mental wellness support.
  • Promote access to high-quality primary and secondary education for all adolescents.
  • Protect adolescents from violence and its health consequences.
  • Support HIV caregivers, young mothers, and community systems that foster mental health and resilience.
  • Develop innovative approaches to emerging health challenges in partnership with adolescents and caregiving grandmothers.
